A lubricating structure for a speed reducer, the lubricating structure comprising: a case; a first reduction gear pair provided inside the case, the first reduction gear pair being configured to rotate interlocking with an output shaft of a drive source, the first reduction gear pair including a first drive gear and a first driven gear that is in mesh with the first drive gear; a second reduction gear pair provided inside the case and arranged so as to be displaced in a rotation axis direction of the first reduction gear pair with respect to the first reduction gear pair, the second reduction gear pair including a second drive gear and a second driven gear that is in mesh with the second drive gear and that is lower in rotation speed than the first driven gear; a first catch tank arranged inside the case; a second catch tank arranged inside the case; a partition member that is a component of the case, the partition member including a partition wall that partitions an inside of the case into a first accommodation space in which the first reduction gear pair is accommodated and a second accommodation space in which the second reduction gear pair is accommodated; a first oil passage communicating with the first accommodation space, the first oil passage being configured to guide lubricating oil, stored at a bottom in the case and scooped up by the first driven gear, to the first catch tank; a second oil passage communicating with the second accommodation space, the second oil passage being configured to guide lubricating oil, stored at the bottom in the case and scooped up by the second driven gear, to the second catch tank; and a communication port provided in the partition member and communicating the first oil passage with the second oil passage.
