The memory includes programmed instructions to cause the processor to determine a natural heart rate of a user, determine a target rate for the user, and cause a sound to be emitted from the speaker to adjust the natural heart rate to the target heart rate.

a processor and memory, the memory comprising programmed instructions to cause the processor to:
