Disclosed are an animal identification band and an animal detection record management system using the same according to an embodiment. The animal identification band according to an embodiment comprises: an identification means including information of an animal; and an elastic member winding in a longitudinal direction when a force is applied to one direction while the elastic member is stretched. The animal identification band may further include an elastic band to be attached to the animal.
