The present invention relates to an inside mirror assembly for a vehicle. More specifically, the inside mirror assembly for a vehicle is improved to have a more simple structure to realize a reflective surface of a day-mode and a night-mode in accordance with light reflectivity. Such that, the present invention can simplify an operation structure of a tilting reflective plate by configuring two pivot shafts to enable the tilting reflective plate to be tilted and completely prevent shaking and a gap of the tilting reflective plate using a tension force of the spring.
