摘要 Disclosed in the present invention are a highly-conductive transparent electrode using CO2 laser beams and near infrared rays and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a transparent electrode using two-step optical annealing, includes: a step (a) of radiating CO2 laser beams onto a transparent electrode thin film; and a step (b) of, after the radiation of CO2 laser beams, radiating near infrared rays for a predefined period of time. The radiation of CO2 laser beams facilitates growth of crystals on the transparent electrode thin film, and the radiation of near infrared rays stabilizes the thin film on which the crystals are grown.
