The present invention relates to a hose structure for refined oil discharge of a fried oil refinement apparatus which improves work safety and reduces, to minimum, high temperature transition delivered from fried oil in a process of supplying oil having finished a refinement process in an apparatus for refining fried oil of a fryer to the fryer again, thereby resolving a burn risk of a worker which may occur in a fried oil handling process while more safely supplying the fried oil. In the configuration of the hose for discharging refined oil used by being connected to an upper portion of an outlet of the frying oil refinement apparatus (100), a multi-layer discharge hose (3) is configured by forming a covering layer having braided stainless on a resin hose, and separately inserting a silicone tube (2) for reducing temperature transition into an outer peripheral surface of the publicly known structure having a spring tube (1), inserted thereinto for bending, stretching, and external protection; a discharge gun (4) having the publicly known structure is connected to a front end of the discharge hose (3), and a handle (5) having a structure coupling to resin plates (8, 8′) is formed on the discharge gun (4); a coupler (12) provided with a protruding surface (10) having the thick height is connected to one end of the discharge hose (3); and reinforcement tubes (13, 13′) are inserted and installed at both ends of the hose (3). |
