Disclosed is an artificial reef for forming a sea forest. The artificial reef for forming a sea forest comprises: a frame in a shape of a polygonal cone with an opened top end and an opened bottom end; an opening portion formed on a side surface of the frame; a slope portion formed at the opening portion, while being slanted inwardly; and a sea forest-forming device coupled to a side surface of the frame. The artificial reef reduces damage from typhoons and big waves and allows seaweed to grow safely. |
