The present invention relates to a method for controlling a refrigerator. The present invention distributes and supplies water supplied to an ice tray in order to increase a surface area of the water exposed to cold air to rapidly complete ice-making. The method for controlling a refrigerator comprises: a step of receiving a rapid ice-making operation signal; a step of initially supplying a portion of water among a water supply amount for ice-making; and a step of additionally supplying the remaining water among the water supply amount for ice-making. |
