Disclosed are a photographing lens with a small size, and a photographing apparatus using the same. The photographing lens may comprise: a first lens which is successively arranged from an object part to an upper part, has positive refractive power, and has a convex object part; a second lens which has a negative refractive power and has a flat surface of the object part or the upper part; a third lens which has a refractive power; a fourth lens which has a negative power and has a concave meniscus shape of the object part; and a fifth lens which has a concave shape of the upper part near an optical axis.
