The present invention relates to an input/output strobe pulse control circuit. The input/output strobe pulse control circuit includes: a control signal generation unit which generates first to third control signals in response to a column selection enabling signal and a first input/output strobe pulse signal; a first latch unit generating a second input/output strobe pulse signal, which is activated at the end point of the column selection enabling signal and is deactivated at the end point of the first input/output strobe pulse signal, in response to the first and second control signals; and a second latch unit generating a selection control signal which is used to selectively output the first input/output strobe pulse signal or the second input/output strobe pulse signal according to the activation point of the first input/output strobe pulse signal in response to the second and third control signals. |
