PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable inkjet ink composition capable of producing a printed matter having excellent adhesive property to a base material.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable inkjet ink composition includes a radical-polymerizable monomer (A) and a photoinitiator (B). The radical-polymerizable monomer (A) is at least one kind selected from a compound represented by Formula (1) or a (meth)acrylic ester compound having a side chain of 2-4C alkylene oxide with a hydroxyl group at a terminal.
