This power-on reset circuit is provided with: a reference voltage generation circuit which generates a reference voltage and outputs, as a control voltage, a voltage of a node having a slower voltage rise than the reference voltage; a comparison voltage generation circuit which operates upon receiving the control voltage output from the reference voltage generation circuit, and outputs a comparison voltage corresponding to a power supply voltage; and a comparison circuit which compares the comparison voltage output from the comparison voltage generation circuit with the reference voltage output from the reference voltage generation circuit, and outputs an actuation signal while the comparison voltage exceeds the reference voltage. |
