According to one embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display device includes a pad unit and an anode which have different stack structures. More particularly, the pad unit consists of only a first pad layer which is composed of one layer without a layer having the same material as a metal layer of the anode. Also, the thickness of the first pad layer is configured to be the same as that of a first transparent conductive layer of the anode through the same process, and the thickness of the first pad layer is configured to be greater than the thickness of a second transparent conductive layer. Therefore, the reliability of the pad unit can be enhanced by ameliorating a contact failure of a circuit unit due to corrosion and damage to the pad unit, and delamination of the pad unit. Furthermore, the organic light emitting display device achieves production cost reduction and production yield improvement. |
