The present invention relates to a biomarker for breast cancer diagnosis and to breast cancer diagnostics comprising a probe which specifically binds to the biomarker. The present invention provides a biomarker for breast cancer diagnosis, comprising a specific DNA fragment or a single full-length DNA of KRT15, or a specific DNA fragment or a single full-length DNA of ECGR4, and provides breast cancer diagnostics comprising a probe including a primer as an active ingredient, which complementarily binds to a specific DNA fragment or single full-length DNA and can be amplified. When the expression level of the specific DNA fragment or the single full-length DNA of KRT15 or a single full-length DNA of ECGR4, which is a gene constituting a biomarker for diagnosis of breast cancer of the present invention, is measured from a specimen tissue and compared with the expression level of a normal tissue, breast cancer, especially in stage 1 or in the incipient stage thereof, is efficiently diagnosed, which leads to the early treatment of the disease. In addition, when the expression level of the specific DNA fragment or the single full-length DNA of a gene constituting biomarker compositions for breast cancer is compared with the expression level of a normal tissue, it is possible to improve the specificity and sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis. |
