PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus for solving a problem in which a user himself continues inputting by wrong operation and the user continues the inputting without knowing the factor when the input is not accepted to thereby cause a situation of not accepting the input intended by the user while the certainty factor of incoming information is low, and therefore scenarios to the input content such as the user operates by mistake are needed to be previously designed and described in order to raise a success rate of the input.SOLUTION: When incoming information is mismatched in a scenario, the automatically generated correspondence information is output by using the mismatched scenario and the mismatched incoming information, and the information for matching the incoming information to the scenario is presented to a user or equipment, and therefore a success rate of acceptance to the next input entered according to the correspondence information can be raised even if the scenario in the case when the incoming information is mismatched with the scenario is not designed previously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
