This information presentation device includes: a situation estimating unit that identifies one or more tasks on the basis of input information that is input and task information that represents one or more tasks respectively indicating situations; a load estimating unit that identifies one or more subtasks on the basis of the individual identified tasks and subtask information representing subtasks constituting one or more work elements that may be executed by a worker in situations of individual tasks, and that obtains load-requirement quantities on the basis of the identified subtasks and subtask-requirement-quantity information representing load-requirement quantities constituting mental loads associated with individual subtasks; a margin-level estimating unit that obtains a margin level on the basis of the obtained load-requirement quantities; and a presentation information selecting unit that selects, on the basis of the margin level, information to be presented.
