At least one cover portion includes an oil retaining portion covering a back surface of the one side gear in a first predetermined area including an area overlapping the pinion and a lightening portion exposing the back surface in a second predetermined area without overlapping the pinion, as seen in a side view from axially outside of the output shafts.
