Disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is a display adjustment method. The method is applied to a terminal and specifically comprises: obtaining a first jitter parameter of the terminal at a first moment and a second jitter parameter of the terminal at a second moment, wherein the first moment is a preset time length away from the second moment; obtaining a jitter distance the terminal moves within the preset time length on the basis of the first jitter parameter and the second jitter parameter; and adjusting a display area for a display content of the terminal according to the jitter distance, and displaying the display content on the adjusted display area. And also, a terminal and a computer storage medium are disclosed correspondingly in the embodiment of the present invention.
