PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an audio service with an optimal domain.SOLUTION: A radio communication device acquires first radio quality information regarding an audio communication using a first domain or second radio quality information regarding an audio communication using a second domain. When the radio communication device exists in an area where the first domain and the second domain are both available, it selects the first domain or the second domain on the basis of the acquired first radio quality information or the acquired second radio quality information.
