PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation device suppressing occurrence where a sheet transported on a transportation path gets stuck with a member defining a part of the transportation path and being movable.SOLUTION: A transportation device comprises: a transportation roller defining a part of a transportation path where a sheet is transported; a pinch roller changeable into a first state and a second state with respect to the transportation roller; a slider 90 bringing the pinch roller into the first state at a first position and bringing the pinch roller into the second state at a second position; and a guide member 100 provided closer to an upstream side in a reverse transportation direction than the slider 90. The guide member 100 includes: a guide rib 102 guiding the sheet on the reverse transportation path; and a protrusion portion 103 protruding in a width direction perpendicular to a reverse transportation direction from the guide rib 102. The protrusion portion 103 covers a leading end of the slider 90 at the first position with respect to the reverse transportation path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
