PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane joint structure in which an unbaked body is fixed to a ceramic substrate in a state of being free from cracks in a stage before baking, and the thickness of a membrane finally obtained is made even.SOLUTION: The production method of the membrane joint structure comprises: a step a for preparing a ceramic substrate; a step b for putting a raw material powder, an assistant agent, a gelatinizer, and slurry including an organic solvent as dispersant, into inside of a molding tool, and molding and solidifying the slurry by a polymerization reaction of the gelatinizer, thereby forming an unbaked body; a step c for inserting the ceramic substrate into a recess part or a penetration hole of the unbaked body, then drying the unbaked body to obtain a green structure; and a step d for baking the green structure. In the step c, when a clearance amount when the ceramic substrate is inserted into the unbaked body is x[μm] and a volume ratio of the dispersant in the slurry is y[vol%] at a time point of drying, x and y are set to satisfy 0≤x≤250, y≥0.067x+30, y≤0.1x+60, y≤70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
