PURPOSE:To improve the temperature follow-up property, and to provide a titled device so that it does not contact directly to the surface of a heating roller having a large temperature rise rate, by providing an opening part opposed to the heating roller, and placing a bimetal on the opening part. CONSTITUTION:A bimetal disk 2 is constituted so as to become an opposed state directly with respect to the surface of a heating roller 1, by providing an opening part 9 on the center part of a cap 5'. According to such a structure, the surface temperature of the roller 1 is induced directly by a disk 2, and the temperature follow-up property can be improved. |
