According to the present invention, slurry for forming a porous coating layer is applied to a porous polyolefin based film which is elongated and fixed in a cross-machine direction or the slurry is almost simultaneously and thermally fixed to the porous polyolefin based film wherein the slurry includes inorganic/organic particles. Therefore, an interface bonding property of the slurry to the porous polyolefin based film becomes more excellent.
