According to an embodiment of the present invention, a linear electrical stimulation method having high spatial resolution and uniform sensitivity with respect to the stimulation of a stimulation target can be performed by generating the stimulation pulses with the constant amplitude of the stimulation pulses through a plurality of periods of stimulation application and with the constant time interval between adjacent pulses.
