<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set for detecting genus Dehalococcoides bacteria, which enables to detect quickly, simply and with high sensitivity the genus Dehalococcoides bacteria having cis-1,2-DCE decomposing ability. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a primer set for detecting the genus Dehalococcoides bacteria, comprising a primer set (I) amplifying a target area (A) by the LAMP method, and at least one primer set selected from a primer set (II) amplifying a target sequence (B) by the LAMP method and a primer set (III) amplifying a target sequence (C) by the LAMP method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
