The ice maker comprises: a tray having at least one ice making space to store ice making water; an ejector moving ice inside the ice making space; a control box having a motor connected to the ejector; and an ice filing sensing lever having an rotary arm connected to the control box and a body sensing an amount of the moved ice and formed in one end of the arm.
