<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material for floors, having excellent scratch resistance and impact resistance, even with use of a decorative sheet with surface printing on a thin film mono-layer. <P>SOLUTION: A decorative material for floors includes a wood substrate on which a decorative sheet is laminated. (1) The wood substrate is provided with one wooden layer or a plurality of wooden layers, including a wooden layer having a surface density of 0.7 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>which is in contact with the decorative sheet. (2) The decorative sheet includes a substrate sheet, a picture pattern layer, and a surface protective layer, in this order. (3) The substrate sheet has a tensile elastic modulus of 1000 MPa or higher. (4) The surface protective layer has a thickness of 15 to 60 μm.
