发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING LACTIC ACID AND BIOGAS USING ORGANIC WASTE
摘要 Disclosed in the present invention is a production method of lactic acid and methane from organic waste. The method comprises the following steps: providing organic waste; producing a first fermenting substance including lactic acid by primarily fermenting the organic waste in an anaerobic fermentation environment in the dark which is beneficial for the production of lactic acid, without additional injection of seeding bacteria in the organic waste; separating the produced first fermenting substance into a supernatant and solid matter; collecting lactic acid from the separated supernatant; and producing methane by secondarily fermenting the separated solid matter. The method of the of present invention is capable of producing lactic acid in high yields, does not need to additionally culture or replace microorganisms during the production of lactic acid, and prevents a failure of a reaction tank due to rapid acid fermentation which can be generated in a single fermentation tank during the production of biogas. Therefore, the method enables to produce useful resources in an economic and efficient manner.
