PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underpants for medical examination, hard to open an opening when an examinee gets on an examination stand, but easy to open the opening immediately when a doctor operates the opening.SOLUTION: Underpants for medical examination are formed by using two underpants half parts 11 and 12 to form overlapping parts 11C, 12D, 11D and 12C having a prescribed width d or more by at least two cloths in the center part of the front face and rear face of the underpants, and sewing the overlapped parts 11C, 12D, 11D and 12C, excluding openings 30a and 30b positioned in sides 11h, 11i, 12h, and 12i in the center bottom part of the underpants. Both end parts 21a and 22a of the openings 30a and 30b having a prescribed length L1=L2, and having a longitudinal direction parallel to or inclined from a vertical direction are sewn (sewn parts 21 and 22) in a width direction or in a direction inclined from the width direction. |
