The present invention relates to a stable wastewater purification facility and, more particularly, to a stable wastewater purification facility which performs phased treatments comprising removing solids from wastewater generated from a stable, an oxidative decomposition process, and a sterilization process. The stable wastewater purification facility can effectively purify wastewater. The stable wastewater purification facility comprises: a solid and liquid separation tank (100); a precipitation tank (200); an aeration tank (300); an ozone insertion tank (400); and an UV exposure tank (500).
