The present invention relates to a manual exchange system of an attachment of a machine tool. The manual exchange system of an attachment of a machine tool comprises: an attachment cart where each attachment is placed, stored, and moved on the top thereof; and an engraved rail which is formed on a table of a machine tool. The engraved rail comprises a linear rail for movement and a circular rail for rotation. The attachment cart is moved or rotated along the engraved rail. Therefore, the present invention facilitates the manual exchange of the attachment of the machine tool by enabling a worker to move or rotate the attachment cart where the attachment is placed on the top through the pulling of the attachment cart.
