The present invention relates to a new manufacturing method which can give an eco-friendly impression by integrating an artificial turf with a drainage cover mainly made of a recycled rubber chip, and allows easy integration and fusion of the artificial turf and a block. In other words, in a conventional recycled rubber chip safe drainage cover block (110), the recycled rubber chip is compressed to be made into a block of a predetermined size, wherein one or more drainage grooves are formed. A horizontal bar (2) is selectively installed in each of a front and a rear side at an interval. Two to three vertical bars (3) are connected to the horizontal bar (2) in one side and the horizontal bar (2) in the other side at a predetermined interval. The horizontal bar (2) and the vertical bar (3) are buried in a synthetic resin type reinforcing bar (10) which is integrally injection-molded by a synthetic resin of predetermined strength. A reinforced fabric (20) to minimize defects such as cracks, etc. caused by a concentrated load by increasing the cohesion between the recycled rubber chips is embedded in an upper side of the synthetic resin type reinforcing bar (10). According to the present invention, an upper plane of the recycled rubber chip safe drainage cover block (110) is attached with an artificial turf mat (120) of an eco-friendly image, which has never been tried until now. |
