摘要 The present invention relates to a device for precisely measuring optical temperature distribution and a method thereof. The device comprises: an oscillator configured to enable laser light to pass a measurement target gas; a light receiving device configured to detect an absorption signal in accordance with a plurality of absorption wavelengths; and a data analyzer with a temperature distribution length analyzing module. Therefore, the device can precisely measure temperature distribution in a combustion system.
