PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted display and a mounting fixture such that an arm part is made short in length and weight balance can be kept.SOLUTION: A position 15B where a mounting fixture 5 is provided with a fitting part 59 is located behind a position 21 of a tip part 61 and in front of a position 25 of the center of gravity of an HMD 1. At the position 15B, the weight of an arm part 4 and an image display part 3 connected through a connection mechanism 8 is placed. The mounting fixture 5 is made larger in weight behind the position 25 of the center of gravity than in front of the position 25 by making a part behind the position 25 of the center of gravity larger in vertical size than a part in front of it and further providing pads 76, 77. Even when the position 15B is put closer to the position 21 of the tip part 61, the position 15B can be located in front of the position 25 of the center of gravity. An HMD 1 can have an arm part 4 constituted to be short by putting the position 15B closer to the position 21 of the tip part 61 so as to suppress a swing etc., thereby displaying a stable image having less blur at an image display part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
