PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a strength of a connection part 20 of an upper arm in such a manner that a mass increase is not caused as much as possible.SOLUTION: A knuckle 1 is formed in such a manner that a connection part 20 for connecting each of two upper arms is integrally projected from a body part 10 towards a vehicle width direction outer side. The connection part 20 is provided with a flat surface 22 for fastening a connection metal fitting which is formed on a circumference of two open holes 21a, 21b on a lower side face by cutting work. A cut edge 23 has an arc wall surface 24 of which a cross section is formed in a circular arc shape. The arc wall surface 24 has an evagination surface 24a, which is expanded in a gently-sloping mountain shape in a projection direction of the connection part 20, at a middle position in a vehicle body longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
