PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody which enables specific and rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and uses thereof, and to provide an antibody which enables rapid and specific detection of Johne's bacillus, and uses thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides a monoclonal antibody which recognizes both Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Johne's bacillus, and a detecting method and the like using the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
