Disclosed is a microalgae (harvesting) recovering apparatus in bulk using magnetic particles and an external magnetic field. The microalgae (harvesting) recovering apparatus in bulk includes: a microalgae culture storing bath to receive microalgae culture in which the microalgae are cultured; a magnetic particle supply unit to supply magnetic particles to the microalgae culture secreted from the microalgae culture storing bath; a first recovering unit to recover, using magnetic force, the magnetic particles to which the microalgae are attached through electrostatic interaction, and to resupply the microalgae and microalgae culture in which the magnetic particles are removed to the microalgae culture storing bath; a separating solution storing bath to receive the magnetic particles which are provided from the first recovering unit and to which the microalgae are attached in a separating solution contained therein to separate the magnetic particles and microalgae; a second recovering unit to recover, the magnetic particles separated from the microalgae in the separating solution storing bath, and to recover the microalgae at the same time; and a control unit to control the operations of the magnetic particle supply unit, the first recovering unit, and the second recovering unit.
