PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ICP analyzer capable of accurately mixing a measurement sample and an internal standard sample, and measuring.SOLUTION: An ICP analyzer comprises: a plasma torch 10; a measurement sample gas supply part 30 for circulating a measurement sample to a space surrounded by an inner peripheral face of a first pipe 11; an internal standard sample gas supply part 60 for circulating an internal standard sample to a space between an outer peripheral face of the first pipe 11 and an inner peripheral face of a second pipe 14; a plasma gas supply part 41 for circulating plasma gas to a space between an outer peripheral face of the second pipe 14 and an inner peripheral face of a third pipe 12; a cooling gas supply part 42 for circulating cooling gas to a space between an outer peripheral face of the third pipe 12 and an inner peripheral face of a fourth pipe 13; and a control part 50 for introducing the measurement sample and the internal standard sample to plasma flame 22, for analyzing elements included in the measurement sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
