Disclosed is a display apparatus, comprising: a first touch screen; a second touch screen being able to be unfolded or overlapped with the first touch screen and projecting a screen of the first touch screen, when the second touch screen is overlapped with the first touch screen; a sensing unit sensing a disposition form of the first and second touch screens; and a control unit displaying an UI element corresponding to a user touch depending on the disposition form of the two sensed touch screens. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a display device configured to display various UI elements by using both normal and transparent displays.
