PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a wide band of high frequency noise to be removed.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit using a multilayer printed circuit board includes: a first layer on which a power supply line 105 is formed; a second layer in which a land 106 corresponding to a size of the power supply line 105 is formed right below the power supply line 105; and a third layer in which a ground surface 107 is formed right below the land 106, the land 106 being connected to the ground surface 107 through a via 108. The power supply circuit includes, on the ground surface 107 at a position right below the power supply line 105, a plurality of com-like conductors 110 corresponding to a size of the power supply line 105 formed along a length direction L of the power supply line 105 with a predetermined slit width s, so as to have predetermined filter characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
