PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastin producing action-exhibiting quercetin derivative and a production process therefor.SOLUTION: Provided is an elastin producing action-exhibiting quercetin derivative and a production process therefor; the quercetin derivative is a derivative in which tyrosine and adenine are bonded to quercetin; the quercetin derivative is produced by enzymatic reaction by fermentation; the quercetin derivative increases elastin; the production process comprises a step of protease-treating a perilla sprout callus cultured part; the obtained quercetin derivative is utilized in cosmetic, food preparation and pharmaceutical preparation; and especially, when utilized in cosmetic, it is utilized in a cosmetic that is excellent in sebum decomposition, skin moisture retention capability and skin elasticity.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
