PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance power generation performance by preventing flexibility of a flexible plate from being impaired, even if a heat exchange member is bonded to the flexible plate of an airtight case, and ensuring adhesion of the flexible plate 21 to a thermoelectric conversion module.SOLUTION: A power generator 1A includes an airtight case 5 housing a thermoelectric conversion module 30, and having a flexible plate 21 that is deformed by a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the case produced and closely attached to the thermoelectric conversion module 30 when the internal pressure is reduced or the inside is evacuated, and when the flexible plate 21 is heated, a temperature difference is given to the thermoelectric conversion module 30, and electric power is generated. A heat exchange member 50 bonded to the outer surface of the flexible plate 21 and increasing the heat exchange area is made deformable while following up deformation of the flexible plate 21, thus ensuring adhesion of the flexible plate 21 to the thermoelectric conversion module 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
