PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus control system capable of handling abnormality when the abnormality has occurred in an apparatus in a network system.SOLUTION: A management server 7 stores, as an operation history, results obtained by the management server 7 monitoring a status of a control device 3 and the control device 3 monitoring an illumination device 2 (step S71, step S31) in an operation information storage unit 73 (step S72). The management server 7, then, performs level determination on the basis of operation information (step S73).
