The present invention relates to a method for cultivating peanut greens and, more specifically, to a method for cultivating peanut greens, capable of cultivating the peanut greens using only water, thus harvesting chemical-free and organic peanut greens at high yield. The method for cultivating peanut greens according to the present invention comprises the following: (a) a first step of putting humus soil at a height of 3-5 cm in a cultivation frame, wherein the humus soil is obtained by mixing and fermenting two kinds of sawdust with different diameters; (b) a second step of sowing peanut seeds on the humus soil at intervals of 1-3 cm; (c) a third step of covering humus soil on the peanut seeds at a height of 3-5 cm, wherein the humus soil is obtained by mixing and fermenting two kinds of sawdust with different diameters; (d) a fourth step of periodically sprinkling water on the humus soil in the third step; and (e) a fifth step of shipping the peanut greens grown through the fourth step. In addition, according to the method for cultivating peanut greens according to the present invention, the peanut greens can be cultivated using only water without artificial addition of metal components, usage of excessive water, and generation of excessive expenses of facilities management, thereby harvesting chemical-free and organic peanut greens at high yield. |
