Disclosed is a western blot test board reaction device, comprising one tray rack (1), at least one tray (2), the upper surface of a tray (2) is provided with several grooves (21) used for placing test boards (3), the undersurface of each groove (21) is equipped with a bayonet (22) for locking the corresponding test board (3), and the groove (21) is fully fitted with the test board (3), one side of a tray (2) is provided with a snapper (23) for snap-fitting on the tray rack (1), the undersurface of the tray (2) is provided with bayonets (24) on the back surface of the tray for being placed onto the fully automatic western blot instrument, the snapper (23) comprises a buckling part (231) and a pressing part (232), one end of the buckling part (231) is fixed to the edge of a tray (2), and the other end is fixedly connected to the pressing part (232); the tray rack (1) comprises tray troughs (11) and snapper bayonets (12), the snapper bayonets (12) are set on the edges of the tray troughs (11), a snapper bayonet (12) is snap-fitted to a buckling part (231), so that the tray (2) and test boards (3) can be installed and removed conveniently, and the test boards (3) are always in a steady state whether during washing the boards or incubating process; and can also scan samples of many persons all at once, thereby facilitating the processing of test results. |
