PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly restore relay information before replacement when a communication relay device is replaced.SOLUTION: A communication relay device 3 generates relay information for relaying communication between an image processor 4 and an application server 12, and stores the relay information in a backup server 11. The replaced communication relay device 3 transmits identification information to a license server 10 during activation, and receives authentication from a license server 10. The license server 10 determines whether or not the communication relay device 3 has been replaced on the basis of license management information when receiving the identification information from the communication relay device 3, and when determining that the communication relay device 3 has been replaced, transmits an effective signal to the communication relay device 3, and transmits the relay information stored in the backup server 11 from the backup server 11 to the communication relay device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
