PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit capable of achieving low power consumption and widening linear operation range.SOLUTION: A differential amplifier circuit 1 which outputs a positive phase output current and a reverse phase output current each having mutually reverse phase includes: a first differential pair circuit 11 having a first transistor 12 and a second transistor 13; a second differential pair circuit 21 having a third transistor 22 and a fourth transistor 23; and a current source Iee1. A positive phase input voltage is inputted to a control terminal of the first transistor 12 and is shifted by a first voltage value to be inputted to a control terminal of the third transistor 22. A reverse phase input voltage reverse to the positive phase input voltage is inputted to a control terminal of the second transistor 13 and is shifted by the first voltage value so as to be inputted to a control terminal of the fourth transistor 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
