PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of a pneumatic tire capable of easily removing a mold release agent from the area of a tire inner surface on which an acoustic material is to be bonded and thereby capable of preventing peeling of the acoustic material.SOLUTION: A method for production of a pneumatic tire includes: molding a green tire G in which a film F is fixed to the area corresponding to a tread 1 of a tire inner surface 4; applying a mold release agent P on the inner surface 4 of the green tire G having the film F; vulcanizing the green tire G on which the mold release agent P is applied; removing the film F from the inner surface 4 of the pneumatic tire obtained by vulcanization; and bonding a belt-like acoustic material 6 to the area from which the film F is peeled off to be exposed via an adhesive layer 5 along a tire circumferential direction. Besides, a peeling promotion part 20 is provided on the film F in order to facilitate peel-off of the film F from the pneumatic tire when carrying out the above method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
