Disclosed is a rotary safety syringe (10), comprising an outer cylinder (20), a needle hub (30), and an injection push rod (40). One end of the outer cylinder (10) has an inner flange (24). The needle hub (30) has a stage groove (37) and a stopper portion (32) adjoining the stage groove (37), and the needle hub (30) abuts the inner flange (24) of the outer cylinder (20) through the stage groove (37) when assembled on the outer cylinder (20). When the needle hub (30) is in a first position (P1), the stopper portion (32) of the needle hub (30) clamps the inner flange (24) of the outer cylinder (20), and when the needle hub (30) is in a second position (P2), the stopper portion (32) of the needle hub (30) is staggered from the inner flange (24) of the outer cylinder (20). The injection push rod (40) can be movably disposed within the outer cylinder (20) and is detachably connected to the needle hub (30) for rotating the needle hub (30) from the first position (P1) to the second position (P2), so that the needle hub (30) can be pulled back into the outer cylinder (20) by the injection push rod (40) in order to increase the safety after injecting. |
