PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a hydraulic pressure oil passage for turning an eccentric sleeve by applying an actuator in a narrow space.SOLUTION: In a variable compression ratio device of an internal combustion engine, hydraulic pressure is distributed to one hydraulic chamber 13a and the other hydraulic chamber 13b from one feed passage 25 in a connecting rod, and the hydraulic pressure is supplied to one hydraulic chamber 13a or the other hydraulic chamber 13b to drive the hydraulic pressure actuator, whereby the eccentric sleeve 11 is turned to a position of high compression ratio state or position of low compression ratio state to change a compression ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
